We hope are you are warm and well. We are now almost fully immersed in autumn, except Gemma who is still swimming in the sea (sometimes)! Coats are out and cosy inside activities have started. At the spa, the heating is on and the pods are feeling warmer and more welcoming than ever.

Memberships 
Our memberships are building up beautifully and we have really enjoyed working with some of you to establish a regular floating pattern. Memberships are here to stay and are available at £40 per month for a float each month. It is then £40 if you want additional floats for yourself. Not forgetting the free float on your birthday. From November, members can expect to see some offers!

Gift Cards
It is just over 10 weeks until you know what! We wanted you to be the first to know that we are getting Christmas Gift cards in. Gift cards will be available online as always, but over the next few weeks we will also be getting a delivery of physical gift cards which you can buy in store – exciting!

New Video
Thanks for your feedback on the first mini documentary in our series. We know many of you found it useful to watch, so we are excited share more. Part two will be available soon in our gallery, if you haven’t seen the first part yet you can check it out using the link above.

Mailing List Move 
As you know we have got a brand-new booking system, and with that is coming a new mailing list. We plan to transition fully by the new year, in the meantime, if you are getting two newsletters this is the one to let go of.

We have been re-open for nearly 12 weeks now, and what a journey it has been! Some exciting news is that we are going to be in the newspaper over the next few weeks, keep an eye out for us in the local Observers and Herald. Over the last month we have enjoyed catching up with those of you coming back and have met a lovely bunch of new faces. We look forward to more of that in the coming weeks, months, and years.
