A pause for November…

As you will know the country is going into lockdown for 4 weeks, this means we will be closing from Thursday 5th until December 2nd. Most importantly, we hope you are safe and well. As sad as this is, we are trying our hardest to minimise the impact on us and you. Please read below to find out how we are managing this temporary pause.

November bookings –
We have acted quickly and moved all November appointments this morning, there are still a few spaces available before Wednesday evening – please book online or give us a call, we will do our very best to fit you in.

Future bookings –
The good news is, the bookings are still open from December 3rd and beyond! Please go ahead and book in for when we re-open. As always, you can book online or email us. We won’t be in the spa to answer the phone as usual, but will get back to answer phone messages regularly. It will be so good to see you once we are back! 

Floats on account – 
We will automatically extend any floats due to expire within November, and others if needed once we re-open. If there’s anything you’re not sure about please reach out. Members, we will contact you separately. 

Christmas Vouchers – 
As promised, we are still going to get our delivery of Christmas Gift Cards (fingers crossed) next week. We are going to change it up a bit and will be taking orders and posting them out during lockdown. What a great time to get organised with Christmas presents!
