Terms Of Service
Welcome to Soul Spa Float Centre.
For clarity, and of course the law, here are our terms and conditions. Most of it is common sense, however you must ensure you read and adhere to the below when using our services. Throughout this document, we may refer to Soul Spa Float Centre as ‘us’ ‘we’ ‘the Spa’ or the ‘Float Centre’. Enjoy your light reading!
Vouchers and Packages –
There are several different purchasing options at Soul Spa. Please make sure you consult the description of the product you are buying before you purchase it to ensure you are happy. Most products can be shared or used by someone else. The introductory float package cannot be shared, as it is designed to enhance the initial experience of an individual.
Service Agreement –
By using our service you agree to follow the floating guidelines outlined on our website and in hard copy in the float rooms.
Anyone found to be mis-using the floatation tanks or facilities will be asked to leave and refused further entry to the premises.
Any individual causing damage to the property will be required to reimburse us for the cost of replacement/repairs.
Outdoor footwear must be removed on arrival. You are very welcome to bring your own indoor footwear (e.g. flip flops) or go barefoot. In the interest of hygiene, if you have an infectious foot condition, you are required to cover the area affected or ensure you bring alternative footwear with you.
We have made every effort to make the float centre a safe place to be. We are also aware that accidents sometimes happen, we cannot be held liable for any physical injury or loss of life to our customers whilst using any services at Soul Spa Float Centre.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged jewellery, clothing or accessories whilst using our services.
Customers will not use our services when under the influence of alcohol/ drugs.
Medical –
Soul Spa Float Centre and all members of our team are there to be as helpful as possible. We will provide you with as much information as we can. However, we are not medical professionals.
It is your responsibility to ensure that floating is safe for you if you have any medical conditions that could be affected by floating. This includes physical and mental health. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, only float with the permission of your health care provider.
Our float rooms are in the basement, accessed by a single staircase. If you can access the rooms and pods independently or with someone who supports you, you are welcome to use our services. We are unable to provide any physical support ourselves. Any person accompanying you in a supportive role will not incur any additional cost.
Cancellations –
We understand things change, and you may not be able to make your appointment.
Cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time may still be charged.
Late & Missed appointments –
Due to the nature of floating, each appointment requires 1.5 hours.
This gives the client the time to shower prior to and after their session and enables the water to go through a 15 minute filtration process at the end.
As such, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may not be able to float, or we will have to shorten your float time. In this instance, you will still be charged in full for your appointment.
Website Content –
We have done and continue to do our best to make sure all the information we are providing is accurate and up to date. However, some errors may occasionally occur.
Where this is so, Soul Spa is not liable for any inaccuracies found on the website or any printed materials.
Data Privacy –
We will not share your data with anyone outside of our business, and only those within the business who need to have access to your data, do.
For more information about your data, please see our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
