Sauna Membership

£30 per month for a sauna, plus add an further saunas on for £30 each

Each sauna appointment is a full hour in the sauna (up to 40 mins of heat and 20 to sweat) plus additional time to relax, rehydrate and shower.

Plus get a free float when you sign up!

Float Membership

£40 per month for a float, plus add an further floats on for £40 each.

Each floatation appointment is a full hour in the tank plus time to shower before & after. Followed by tea and sorbet in the relaxation room.

Wanting to enhance your practice? We offer the option to double up appointments and include the 45 cleaning time for free, so that’s a gorgeous 2 hrs 45 mins for £80! Plus get a free sauna when you join.
