Salt Bags
High quality food grade Epsom salt in 3 different quantities. It can be used in the bath, to make body scrubs, hair treatments and all sorts of other things you can get creative with.

Wellbeing Wednesdays – 50% off

For this winter we are offering 4 Wednesdays where all saunas and floats are half price!

We are sure you are aware of how important it is to look after your
wellbeing, floatation is an amazing way to do so.
Many people who use flotation therapy as a key part of their self care routine say they prefer it to a hands on physical treatment like massage or a talking treatment like counselling. It’s just you, yourself and a whole load of Epsom salt. It can help heal your body, nervous system and energy amongst a million other things! Stress seems to be at an all time high for a number of reasons, so we are here for you to prioritise your wellness this winter.

Lights On – Wine and a big welcome!

It’s lights on in our beautiful Bexhill on 3rd December, and we are opening our doors for you. We would love to see you if you want to have a look around or just grab a glass of mulled wine and a chat. It will be a warm and welcoming friendly space for the evening.
