As such, we are pleased to say that we are nearly there with our new booking system! It will be live as soon as we have a confirmed date to re-open (fingers crossed we will announce this early next week). There will be a new membership pricing option, gift cards and more.
In the meantime, we need to get those of you with vouchers set up so you can book using your existing vouchers. It requires you to do a little something, but it be well worth it, we promise.
So, if you currently have vouchers, please do the following…
If you have bought a voucher for someone else, it will need to be added to their account to be used. If they know they have got the float, get them to set up an account and we can apply it straight to them. If they don’t, we can add it to your account for now, and then use it to pay for them at a later date.
Then it’s over to us.

You can start looking at your account straight away if you want to – this will be best on a desktop computer. It doesn’t work brilliantly on a phone as it’s not optimised for small screens, which is why we will also be releasing access to our bookings on the Mindbody app next week.
