From Monday 19th July, it is up to you whether you wear a mask whilst you’re here. We respect everyone’s individual decision.
Our cleaning practice will continue to be as top notch as ever and tea and sorbet is back!
We understand you may not want to share the relaxation room, so take home packages will still be on hand if you prefer.

COVID Secure Guidelines pre 19/07/21 –
Hand Hygiene
Please sanitise your hands as you come in (after taking your shoes off) and wash your hands regularly whilst you are with us. We have single use hand towels in the bathroom.
Social Distancing
Please maintain a 2m distance whilst we check you in for your appointment (there is plenty of room to do this) and you’ll be in your own room with your own pod for your float – self isolation in style!
Masks
You must wear a mask (unless exempt) when you come for your appointment and whilst you are in the shared areas. There is no need for you to wear one once you are in your pod room. We will be wearing masks whilst working in the same space as you.
Arriving and Leaving
We have extended appointment times so that we have longer to clean and to ensure you will arrive and leave with minimal contact with anyone else. You can help with this by arriving on time, not early.
Cleaning
We clean and sanitise the inside and outside of the pods and showers thoroughly between each float. The Epsom Salt solution also goes through its usual state of the art filtration system which is highly sanitary.
We will also clean touch points throughout the centre between each client. We are using Dew products to clean. Dew is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and completely safe. Cleaning procedures have been taken from Government and floatation expert advice.
Take Away Tea
For the time being, your tea will be provided as a take home package and the relaxation room will not be available for use. We will get back to that as soon as we can.
